ONE WORLD MANY VOICES · ROCHDALE

Live Streaming Services in Rochdale

Bring your event to people who cannot attend in person or prefer to watch online. One World Many Voices provides professional live streaming for organisations in Rochdale, with each broadcast planned around the event, venue and audience.

We are a Rochdale-based non-profit organisation. Income from our professional services supports our community activities and projects.

Make your event available beyond the venue

Live streaming can extend the reach of community gatherings, educational talks, religious events, health-related discussions, conferences and organisational presentations. Interviews and panel discussions can also work well as live broadcasts when the format suits the audience.

Not every event needs the same setup or is suitable for streaming. We discuss the venue, event format, internet connection, online audience and intended platform before agreeing the production requirements.

Live production planned for your event

From camera views to online viewing, we plan the production to support what is happening in the room. The services below can be included according to your event brief and agreed project scope.

Multi-Camera Live Streaming

Use multiple camera views where appropriate to show speakers, discussions and activity from different angles. The number of cameras and coverage are agreed around your event and venue.

Event Live Streaming

Broadcast suitable events to people watching online. We discuss the running order, key moments and intended audience to plan coverage that fits the event.

Facebook Live Streaming

Events can be broadcast through One World Many Voices’ Facebook presence or, where agreed, directly through your organisation’s Facebook account. Broadcasting through your account requires suitable access in advance so that we can configure and test the connection before the event.

YouTube Live Streaming

Events can be broadcast through One World Many Voices’ YouTube presence or, where agreed, directly through your organisation’s YouTube channel. Broadcasting through your channel requires suitable access in advance so that we can configure and test the connection before the event.

Live Interviews & Discussions

Bring interviews, conversations and panel discussions to an online audience. We plan around the contributors, format and audio requirements so viewers can follow the conversation.

Video & Audio Production

Combine suitable video sources and event audio into the agreed live production. Available audio feeds, microphones and venue requirements are assessed for each event.

Remote Audience Access

Help people follow an event when they cannot physically attend. A suitable viewing platform and clear access information can make the broadcast easier for your audience to find and watch.

Recording for Later Use

A 4K-quality recorded version of the live event is provided after the broadcast. The recording can be transferred to a suitable storage device supplied by the client or uploaded to an agreed platform or storage service where appropriate.

The details that make a live production work

Planning with your event organisers

We discuss the running order, contributors and key moments with you before the event. Knowing what will happen, and when, helps us plan camera coverage and coordinate the broadcast.

A setup that fits the venue

Camera positions, available space, venue access and audio sources all affect the production. We consider these practical details alongside the audience’s viewing experience and your event requirements.

Local support with a community purpose

One World Many Voices is based in Rochdale and works to share local stories and community activity. Income from our professional services is reinvested into our community activities and projects.

Connectivity and platform checks

Successful live streaming depends on suitable venue conditions, internet connectivity and the availability and performance of third-party platforms. We assess these factors during planning, but uninterrupted transmission cannot be guaranteed where connectivity or third-party services are outside our control.

Where your live stream is broadcast

As standard, One World Many Voices broadcasts your event through our own online platforms. Our standard live streams include One World Many Voices branding, such as our logo and contact details. This helps us promote our work and enables us to keep our professional live streaming services affordable for community organisations, charities, businesses and other clients.

We also provide a 4K-quality recorded version of the event after the live stream. The client can provide a suitable storage device with sufficient free capacity for us to transfer the completed recording, or provide us with access to an agreed online platform or storage service so that we can upload the recording for them.

If you would prefer the live broadcast to take place directly through your organisation’s own Facebook, YouTube or another agreed platform, this can also be arranged. You will need to provide One World Many Voices with the necessary account or channel access sufficiently in advance of the event so that we can configure and test the live-stream connection. We cannot rely on first-time access or configuration on the day of the event.

Where the event is broadcast through the client’s own platform, the agreed One World Many Voices branding will still appear within the production unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance.

A clear plan before you go live

This is an example approach. The exact process depends on your event, venue and agreed quotation, including any testing and recording requirements.

01. Tell us about your event

Share the event type, venue, date, timings, expected audience, intended streaming platform and number and type of contributors.

02. Plan the production

Discuss camera requirements, audio sources, platform access, venue access, internet availability and the time and space needed for setup.

03. Prepare and test

Where appropriate, prepare the agreed production setup and carry out relevant video, audio and connection checks before the broadcast.

04. Broadcast the event

Deliver the agreed live production according to the project scope and event arrangements.

05. After the broadcast

We provide the 4K-quality recorded version of your event and, where agreed, can also discuss edited content and other post-event requirements. Any additional deliverables are confirmed as part of the project scope in advance.
